Data we process

Account data: full name, username, email, phone number, country and city of residence, profile photo.

Usage data: messages and attachments, listings, favourites, reports, session and device details (device name, IP address, sign-in time).

Location is processed only when you share it in a chat.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service (performance of contract): accounts, messaging, publishing listings.

Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest): spam limits, report reviews, rate limiting.

Legal obligations: requests from competent authorities.

Transfers

Your data is stored on servers in the EU and shared only with providers the service needs: SMS verification (Twilio), email delivery (Brevo), file storage (Cloudflare R2) and push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging). We never share or sell your data for advertising.

Retention

Messages, listings and the files you upload are kept indefinitely. Content you delete is no longer shown to other users but stays in our records. When you delete your account it is closed and your profile and listings are taken down; your account details (name, username, phone, email) and your content are kept to meet our legal obligations, to serve as evidence in disputes and to keep the platform safe, and can only be seen by authorised administrators.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to restrict or object to processing. Send requests to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or the data protection authority of your country.
