Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the yabancıyagitmesin website and mobile apps ("yabancıyagitmesin"). By signing up or using the site you accept them.

Who can join

You must be at least 18 to join yabancıyagitmesin. Every account is opened with a verified phone number that belongs to that account only.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter when signing up. You may not transfer your account or open one on someone else's behalf.

Messaging and groups

Your first message to someone you haven't chatted with waits as a request until they accept it.

To prevent spam, the number of new people you can send message requests to within 24 hours is limited. Accounts that exceed it are locked automatically and unlocked after an admin review.

Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Reported messages can be viewed by authorised admins for review.

Listings

Listings are reviewed by an admin before they are published. Unlawful, misleading or inappropriate listings are not published or are removed.

yabancıyagitmesin is not a payment service; buying and selling happens directly between the parties, who are responsible for the item, payment and delivery.

What is not allowed

Harassment, hate speech, fraud, unsolicited bulk messages, impersonation and sharing harmful files are not allowed.

We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or close accounts temporarily or permanently.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in settings. A deleted account is closed and hidden from other users; its account details and content are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

yabancıyagitmesin does not guarantee the accuracy of content shared by users. Consulate and emergency details are compiled with care; please confirm them with official sources.
